The program sits at the unique intersection of three top tier schools: Architecture, Business, and Law. This provides a holistic view of the development process that is rare in graduate education.

Two Entry Points: The program offers the flexibility to begin studies in either the Fall or the Spring semester.

Interdisciplinary Expertise: Students learn the languages of finance, law, architecture, and planning. The curriculum ensures a deep understanding of complex entitlement processes, market feasibility, and the execution of financially viable projects.

The New Urbanism Advantage: Faculty members are international leaders in sustainable, walkable, and resilient urban design. The program teaches students how to create communities that thrive.

Miami as a Laboratory: The location in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets offers unparalleled access to real world projects, industry site tours, and an Advisory Board of 60+ industry professionals who serve as mentors.

Admissions

The program operates on the belief that the most innovative real estate projects come from teams with diverse perspectives. The admissions process is holistic, looking beyond scores to find individuals with the drive, vision, and creativity to reshape urban environments.

Who Should Apply: This degree is ideal for professionals seeking to pivot or accelerate careers and recent graduates looking for specialized training in the development cycle.

Open to All Careers: The program welcomes applicants from all professional paths. A background in architecture, finance, or a real estate related field is not required for success. The curriculum is designed to provide the necessary tools for a complete career change. Whether experience is in the arts, healthcare, technology, or any other unrelated field, every unique perspective is valued within the diverse cohorts.
