The Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism (MRED+U) is an intensive, one year, interdisciplinary graduate degree designed for those ready to lead the future of the built environment. The MRED+U is a 36 credit professional degree program. Cost per Credit: Tuition for the 2025 to 2026 academic year is $2,644 per credit hour. University Fees: Students are responsible for mandatory university fees, which total approximately $683 per semester for full time graduate students. Financial Aid: All applicants are automatically reviewed for merit based scholarships and assistantships upon submission of a complete application by the priority deadline.
