Hampton Beebe is a Vice Chairman with Newmark based in South Florida. Beebe and his partners, Avery Klann and Patrick Dufour, manage and lead investment sales for Newmark’s Multifamily platform in the state of Florida. He specializes in new business generation in addition to the marketing and sale of multifamily properties, land and the structuring of joint ventures throughout southeast and southwest Florida. Since joining Newmark in 2006, Beebe has been involved in the sale of over $16 billion in multifamily assets throughout Florida.
Beebe is recognized as an expert in his field and has spoken at various conferences and panels on Commercial Real Estate. He has been named a “Power Leader in Commercial Real Estate” by the South Florida Business Journal, a “Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate” by the Daily Business Review and a “Power Broker” by CoStar multiple times. Beebe has also been recognized for “Multihousing Deal of the Year” in 2010, 2011 and 2013 by The Daily Business Review.
Prior to joining Newmark, Beebe was a Director of Sales for a communications company where he managed a regional sales office and was ranked among the top performers in the United States.”
Beebe serves on the board of directors of the West Palm Beach Police Athletic League and has been actively involved in fundraising for various charities with his wife and their three children.
