Vanessa Grout serves as the Global Head of Residences for Aman, the world’s leading luxury hotel group, where she oversees all aspects of global residential sales and marketing.
Under her leadership, Aman has successfully developed and sold projects worldwide, including Aman New York, Aman Miami Beach, Aman Beverly Hills, Aman Maldives, and Amanjena in Morocco, as well as residences in Aman Tokyo and Aman Bangkok. The pipeline of Aman Residences features exciting developments such as Amanvari in Mexico, projects in Riyadh and Al-Ula in Saudi Arabia, Aman Niseko in Japan, Aman Dubai, and residences at Amanyara, among others.
Ms. Grout has also established several key initiatives under the Aman brand, including the Aman Club, an exclusive global members club for elite clientele, and Aman Property, a residential sales platform representing over 35 Aman and Janu residential properties worldwide.
Before joining Aman, Ms. Grout was the CEO of OKO Real Estate, the residential sales and marketing arm of Vladislav Doronin’s OKO Group. During her time there, she played a pivotal role in the successful development and leasing of notable projects, including Miami’s first A+ office tower, 830 Brickell, and luxury condominiums such as Missoni Baia—an innovative collaboration with the Italian fashion house—and Una Residences, featuring 135 elegant units on Miami’s iconic Brickell Avenue.
Previously, Vanessa served as President of CMC Real Estate, where she oversaw the sales and marketing of development Brickell Flatiron, a 1 million square foot condominium and retail project in downtown Miami. She also held the position of Executive Vice President at New Valley and was CEO of its subsidiary, Douglas Elliman Florida, where she led the company’s remarkable growth from a single office to a formidable presence in the real estate market.
