Jonathan Raiffe is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adler Properties, where he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm, investments, and development projects.
Jonathan is a third-generation leader of his family’s real estate business, which has been investing, developing, and managing commercial and residential properties for over 60 years. He takes great pride in continuing the legacy of excellence in service and dedication to the stability and stewardship of client properties. Jonathan was instrumental in spearheading the company’s growth, expanding the commercial portfolio and developing thousands of residential apartments valued at over $1 billion.
Jonathan previously served in several roles at Adler Group, most recently as Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for the company’s acquisitions and development projects, as well as property and asset management. Prior to his time at Adler, Jonathan began his career as a trader for a global macro hedge fund.
Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis. He also holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate and a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University and is licensed as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. Jonathan serves on the board of several community organizations, including immediate past board chair of Jewish Community Services of South Florida, board member of the American Jewish Committee Miami and Broward, and treasurer of the Morningside Civic Association. Jonathan is married to Laura Raiffe who is the CEO of Art Market Liaisons, they have two children Benjamin and Julia.
