Mr. Rodriguez’s accomplishments are a testament to his focus and dedication. His exceptional leadership skills and profound knowledge in numerous sectors of real estate have set the platform for his involvement in land development projects across Florida and North Carolina.

In 2009, he became a partner at Prestige Companies, and since then, he has overseen the acquisition, stabilization, and management of over 1,000 homes and single-family rentals in Miami-Dade County and Broward County. Mr. Rodriguez has had a pivotal role in the assembly, rezoning, construction, and stabilization of over 4,000 apartments globally, including the Amelia District, The Trails in Miami-Dade County, and the Flagship Hialeah Race Track, which is a legacy project for the partners.

In 2022, along with his partners and executive team, Mr. Rodriguez introduced a one-of-a-kind arts and cultural event to the Amelia District, a revitalization project in Hialeah that gave birth to Prestige’s hospitality sector and the launch of The Yards, a multi-use venue home to local food trucks and numerous entertainment events and concerts.

In 2024, he became the president and managing partner of Prestige Construction Management, where he is spearheading a business model that positions the company’s construction arm as an exclusive builder in South Florida, focused on delivering projects for selective, relationship-driven partners.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Rodriguez is a founding member of Casa Cuba at FIU and serves on the boards of both Ronald McDonald House Charities and the International Food and Wine Society, reflecting his commitment to culture, community enrichment, and philanthropic leadership.
