As the Founder and Managing Principal of Constellation Group, Eduardo Otaola oversees the firm’s overall investment strategy, capital structuring, and investor relations, as well as its daily operations. He is a veteran of the real estate and finance industries, bringing nearly two decades of experience with world-renowned organizations.
Constellation Group is a South Florida–based real estate investment and development firm with extensive expertise in the development, financing, and asset management of residential and commercial projects in high–barrier-to-entry markets throughout the Southern United States.
Before founding Constellation in 2019, Eduardo had a successful tenure at Integra Investments, a prominent real estate investment firm based in Miami, Florida. Prior to that, he worked in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Deutsche Bank and in UBS Real Estate Finance, where he was directly involved in debt and equity transactions totaling more than $3 billion.
Eduardo holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The American University, and completed coursework at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
He is also actively involved in the community and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Coral Gables Museum Board of Directors.
