Leslie is the President of Dezer Properties, a commercial real estate firm that owns and manages over one million square feet of loft office space in the Chelsea and Flatiron neighborhoods of New York. In addition, Leslie is the Chief Financial Officer of Dezer Development, a development company that has completed numerous luxury condominium developments in South Florida. Some of Dezer Development’s recent projects include the Porsche Design Tower, Residences by Armani Casa, Hyde Midtown and Rosewood Residences in Hillsboro Beach.

Leslie graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Management. She is a member of the University of Pennsylvania’s Board of Advisors of the College of Arts & Sciences and the Trustees’ Council of Penn Women.

For the past twenty years, Leslie has been an active member of the Women’s International Zionist Organization (WIZO), serving as the National Treasurer of WIZO. Leslie served on the Executive Committee and as Treasurer of The Heschel School in New York City. Since 2005, Leslie has been involved with the Diabetes Research Institute.

Leslie lives in Miami with her husband and two adult children.
